Authorized Solutions Partners have access to the InfoPrint Solutions Partner logo, guidelines and photography, and printer images thru the image gallery at no charge.
InfoPrint also offers Workgroup Evaluations and Industrial/Cutsheet Trials to allow your customers to try the product prior to committing. Interactive community
If you prefer person-to-person communications, InfoPrint Solutions Company hosts monthly Sales Update calls to provide you with new marketing offerings, information on product transitions, updated supply and availability, and recent programs or process changes. These interactive calls are held the second Monday of every month and a replay is offered for 30 days after the call.

TeleSales assistance
We also offer an 800-number for immediate answers to questions or a point of escalation for issues. The Sales Operations Support Team (SOS) is a dedicated channel support team that is available through by phone or e-mail to answer any printing related question, educate you on our programs, or provide training when you need it. The SOS Team will respond within four hours and can resolve 85% of questions and issues in the same day. You can also contact one of our InfoPrint Distributors for more information.
