All maintenance supplies except the fuser and fuser contained within the maintenance kit are customer installable. The fuser contained is not customer installable. Installation support for genuine InfoPrint Solutions Company maintenance kits is provided in the US at no charge. Outside the US, installation services are available at InfoPrint Solutions Company's current billable service rate for this product, with a one-hour minimum. The maintenance kit must be purchaseed separately by the customer before contacting InfoPrint Solutions Company for installation.

These usage kits contain a fuser unit, charge roll, transfer roll and pick rollers. Usage kits are not covered under the printer’s warranty unless it is determined that a component of the usage kit is defective. Additional information is available for these usage kits.

Warranty information: Supply warranties are only for defects in materials and workmanship at the time of shipment and installation, valid for one year from date of purchase. They are not for print count life or normal wear and tear, nor for any print count minimum. For warranty return instructions, please contact your place of purchase.
