24x7 Same Day Response—When round-the-clock on-site service is required, a service technician is scheduled to arrive at your site within 24 hours of receiving the call, but can typically arrive within two to four hours after remote problem determination is completed.

9x5 Next Business Day Response—For customers selecting this coverage plan, a service technician is scheduled to arrive at your site on the business day after we receive your call. Business days are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, local time, excluding InfoPrint Solutions Company holidays.
Installation services—These complex printer solutions include installation services at your location. InfoPrint Solutions Company printer technicians can help unpack and install the printer(s) as well as perform a function check on the newly installed hardware.
Customer Replaceable Parts—Customer replaceable parts (also called customer replaceable units or CRUs) are an efficient way to get your printer up and running quickly. Some InfoPrint Solutions Company printers include certain parts that are easily replaced and do not require the specialized skills of an InfoPrint Solutions Company service technician. InfoPrint Solutions Company provides simple instructions for you to install parts identified as CRUs. When a printer has CRUs available, you can elect to handle them yourself, saving your business time.
