In order to place a service call or receive technical support, you will need to provide the machine type and serial number for your printer.
The easiest way to find your machine type and serial number is to print out a configuration sheet.
However, if you are unable to print a configuration sheet, please follow these instructions for locating your printer's identification label. |

Every InfoPrint Solutions Company printer is stamped with identification—typically a label containing:
- 4-character Machine Type
- 3-character Model
- 7-character Serial Number
