Usage kit installation information for the InfoPrint 1532/1552/1572.

The fuser assembly contained within the InfoPrint 1532 Express, 1552 and 1572 usage kits is not customer replaceable and must be installed by a trained service technician. Installation support is provided with an InfoPrint Solutions Company maintenance contract. Without an InfoPrint Solutions Company maintenance contract, installation is available to customers through InfoPrint Solutions Company at a flat fee. The usage kit must be purchased separately by the customer before the InfoPrint Solutions Company service technician's arrival.

When you are ready to replace your usage kit, call your current supplies reseller and order the applicable supply item from the list below.

Once you have received the usage kit, contact a trained service technician for installation. The InfoPrint 1532 Express, 1552 and 1572 require a usage kit approximately every 300,000 pages based upon 5% coverage and normal usage rates. If a usage or fuser kit requires replacement, it may be purchased through the supplies distribution network. Usage and fuser kits for the InfoPrint 1532 Express, 1552 and 1572 are not customer replaceable and must be installed by a trained service technician. Your printer or supplies reseller might be a trained service technician. The cost of the kit and associated installation is not covered by the product warranty.
