Freedom of choice in transforming your transaction output operations An extensible, configurable output process management system that lets you start small and grow over time, InfoPrint ProcessDirector™ software is a cost-effective modular solution that can help you control and manage your transaction output processes. With base capabilities plus optional add-on modules, InfoPrint ProcessDirector software enables flexible control of your print/mail production processes. You can streamline operations, improve job-level process integrity, enhance customer service, reduce errors and help lower costs. The base functions include the transfer of files from the host or hot folder, assignment of workflow, print queue management, control of printer operation, tracking of the production process from receipt of the print file to final delivery and a streamlined reprint process utilizing an AFP viewer. The add-on modules can extend the base solution with additional capabilities such as indexing and manipulation of barcodes for document reprint operations, managing jobs according to SLAs, and predefined and custom reporting to provide metrics on the production process.
